One of My favorite things to do when I am not on stage is to give back to the people and communities who have given so much love and support to my singing career. Charity events are one way to give back to the communities as a whole. Some of my favorite charities are "Christmas 4 Kids", and the associated golf tournament which raises money to host Christmas 4 Kids. I can’t describe to you the joy of seeing those smiling little faces when they came aboard my tour bus. They may have been delighted to get an autograph, but I received much more than I ever gave. They absolutely stole my heart!
More recently I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to do some behind the scene work for the incredible show "Extreme Home Makeovers". The event was a great opportunity to help some truly deserving people and it gave me the chance to give something back to those who matter, my fans.
I encourage everyone to pick at least one time in their life to experience the great humanity and humbling feeling one gets when giving to others. This is how I thank my many, many loyal fans.
